I recommend the pairing but feel free to substitute another dark chocolate stout, or even a s'mores brew ;)
Ingredients:
1 Cup Flour
1 Egg at room temperature
8 Tablespoons of melted butter
¼ Cup Peanut Butter (I used organic all the oils add great bold flavor)
½ Teaspoon Baking Powder
¼ Cup Brown Sugar
½ Cup Granulated Sugar
About 5 Tablespoons Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup
6-24 Marshmallows (depends on muffin size)
6-24 Pieces of Hershey’s Chocolate (depends on the muffin size)
Directions:
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees
• Combine all ingredients into bowl except the Hershey’ssyrup, Hershey’s chocolate and marshmallows
• Stir ingredients together
• Select muffin trey either medium or small(recipe will make 24 small muffins and 6-10 medium muffins)
• Place cupcake liners over desired amount of spaces.
• Line each muffin space with ½ inch of cookie dough on all sides
• Make small indent in the middle of the dough with spoon or finger
• Squirt ½ teaspoon of Hershey’s syrup into the middle of each muffin space
• Place marshmallow on top of chocolate
• Place 1 square Hershey’s chocolate on each muffin
• Bake 8-15 minutes or until golden around the edges
• Check often to avoid burning
